Right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this service contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right, inform Kiwea Trading Group OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, phone +49 159 06040495, email [email protected], of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or post. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. Sending the statement before the period expires is sufficient.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed. We use the same payment method as the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise; you incur no reimbursement fee.
Service requested during the withdrawal period
If you expressly requested that the evaluation service begin during the withdrawal period, and you withdraw before it is fully performed, you must pay an amount proportionate to the service provided until you informed us of withdrawal, compared with the full service.
Your withdrawal right is lost only after the service has been fully performed, and only if performance began with your prior express request and acknowledgement that full performance ends the withdrawal right. Merely activating or starting to use an evaluation does not by itself eliminate the 14-day right.
